The Appellate Law Section is comprised of counsel who practice in the appellate court arena, as well as trial counsel with an interest in appellate issues. Individual members of this section have presented arguments before the United States Supreme Court, district courts across the country and have argued cases before the highest courts in their state. Section members are frequent presenters at FDCC meetings, as well as frequent authors of publications on all aspects of the law.
