FDCC Diversity
Share |

Diversity is an integral principle of the FDCC. Since welcoming its first woman member thirty years ago and first minority member twenty-five years ago, the FDCC has constantly intensified its efforts to promote diversity and recognizes the value these efforts have contributed to the organization.

The FDCC continues to be committed to promoting diversity among its members by facilitating a free and open exchange of ideas and by strongly encouraging diversity in leadership roles within its organization. The FDCC believes that diversity strengthens the bonds between all people, and a culture of diversity fosters understanding, acceptance, and respect, and enhances recruitment and retention opportunities.

Believing that its strength is increased by focusing on developing a diverse membership and leadership, the FDCC continues to build a strong, effective organization that brings knowledge, talent, networking opportunities, continual collaboration, diverse approaches to challenges, and a wide array of benefits to all its members.

The FDCC values and is committed to promoting diversity within the organization’s membership, environment, and culture. The FDCC seeks to foster understanding, acceptance, and respect among all people. The FDCC recognizes that the inclusion of people from diverse backgrounds enriches us personally, strengthens our organization, and enhances the quality and talent within the legal profession.
