The Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.

Diversity Committee
The Diversity Committee seeks to advance the commitment of the FDCC to promote diversity and attract and retain talented and diverse attorneys to its membership. To achieve this mission, the Diversity Committee will work with the FDCC membership and with outside organizations, as appropriate, to reach out to potential nominees from diverse backgrounds, while encouraging greater involvement and continued participation by FDCC members of all backgrounds, and fostering diversity in FDCC activities, programs, and infrastructure.
