The article criticizes a proposal, to be considered on April 10 by the U.S. Judicial Conference's Advisory Committee on Appellate Rules, to amend Rule 29(a) by requiring a motion for leave to file a non-governmental amicus brief in a federal court of appeals. Hey - it's me. I'm back.
It's been a year since HB 837 became effective. Does anyone have any practical experience in using the section permitting interpleader in the situation where there are multiple claimants and insufficient limits? What are the trial courts doing with this provision? Do you know of anything in the appellate pipeline?

I read these verdicts and often pass them on to Trucking companies that I know are having a hard time getting insurance in the specialized transportation world. We all appreciate getting the good news
