No refunds will be given if notice of cancellation is received by the FDCC office after September 1, 2025. In the event of special circumstances such as illness or unforeseen family or professional emergencies, this refund policy may be suspended or modified (based upon the member’s written request) only by action of the president upon recommendation of the Convention Chair. Registration cancellations after September 1, 2025 will incur a fee of $99.00. It is highly recommended that all registrants get trip cancellation insurance.
