Welcome
to the Registration Page for the 2022 Annual Meeting, July 25 -30, 2022 at the
Hyatt Regency in Seattle, Washington. For those who would like to make a hotel
reservation at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, an FDCC member must be registered for
the meeting. The FDCC member will receive the hotel reservation link in
their email confirmation. THIS FORM IS FOR CREDIT CARDS ONLY.
Should you wish to make a hotel reservation and will be paying by check, please
use the PDF form and mail it to the address on the form. Once received, you
will be sent the hotel reservation link.
Once
the Annual Meeting Brochure is available, you will receive an email to edit
your meeting registration (if you like) by adding guests and selecting your
offsite and optional activities.
Registration Options for Children 4 years to 20 years
old will be open once the Annual Meeting Brochure is available.
