Welcome to the Registration Page for the 2026 Annual Meeting at Corinthia Hotel Lisbon Portugal. For those who would like to make a hotel reservation at, the Corinthis Hotel an FDCC member must be registered for the meeting.  The FDCC member will receive the hotel reservation link in their email confirmation.  THIS FORM IS FOR CREDIT CARDS ONLY.  Once you have registered for the meeting online, or your PDF Registration has been processed you will receive your confirmation.
